$Baked potato just out of the oven filled with melting butter and seasoned with salt and pepper.\nRecipe: Rub your potato with olive oil and salt; this will give the skin a nice texture when it is baked. Prick the surface of the potato with a fork in a couple of places and put it on a rack above a baking tray in a hot oven at around 180C for an hour or so, depending on the size.\nTake it out of the oven, cut it open, and add some butter and a topping of your choice. Enjoy!$
