Sun Coral Tubastraea faulkneri is a large polyp stony coral from the family Dendrophyliidae. The species occurs all over the tropical Indo-Pacific Ocean in a wide depth range of 3-225 meters, often in greater densities on vertical walls and caves. \nThese corals are slow growers and they do not contribute to coral reef development. Unlike many tropical corals, they are azooxanthellate or non-photosynthetic, meaning that they do not live in symbiosis with zooxanthellae in their tissues, allowing them to grow in complete darkness as long as they can capture enough food, usually plankton. \nThey extend their translucent tentacles like these specimen, usually during the late evening and the night and during the day the tentacles are completely retracted, but not in this case: It is midday under a ledge, so it remains dark enough.\nLembeh Strait, Indonesia\n1°27'38.166 N 125°13'34.284 E at 1.5m depth at 11:57 AM

The Red Fanworm Protula bispiralis (ex. Protula magnifica) occurs in the tropical Indo-West Pacific from Westcoast Africa tu Australia. The spieces has with 38 whorls of spirally arranged branchial radioles, a tube diameter of up to 2cm and grows up to 30 cm. There are several common names like Red Hard Tube Coco Worm, Mopworm or Feather Duster. The species uses the feeding crowns to catch microplankton.\nLembeh Strait, Indonesia \n1°27'38.1666 N 125°13'34.2828 E at 8m depth

Tube Anemone Cerianthus filiformis is a species of marine Cnidaria in the family Cerianthidae.\nThe species is widespread throughout the tropical waters of the Indo- West Pacific in a depth range from shallow to 100m, has a stretched and muscularised body which can reach 35 cm.\nCerianthus filiformis lives in a mucous tube which is sunk in the soft substrate The animal shows only its tentacles to feed, usually at night time. The species feeds on small planktonic organisms, tiny crustaceans, larval forms, and other minute organisms drifting in the water column. The long, slender tentacles of Cerianthus filiformis are equipped with cnidocytes (stinging cells) that help capture prey. \nLembeh Strait, North Sulawesi, Indonesia \n1°27'34.836 N 125°13'17.046 E at 8m depth by night
